Job summary

Fiks Bilişim A.Ş. seeks an ERP Finance Applications Specialist based in Ankara for a hybrid role. You will model finance processes and design screen/report mockups to support ERP implementations.

You will collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure the ERP finance module meets business needs, applying BPM/UML skills and practical system design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software/Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in ERP process engineering, Finance focus.
• Knowledge of UML/SysML and BPM modeling.
• Use Case diagrams, workflows, and ER diagrams.
• PL/SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with integration and system design tools.
• Jira or Azure DevOps experience.
• Familiar with Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
• No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Support project scope definition and feasibility assessments.
• Provide input to project effort estimations.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting units for detailed analysis.
• Develop current-state models (Use Case, UML/SysML/BPM) based on analysis outcomes.
• Identify business, system, and software requirements and prepare requirement documentation.
• Conduct GAP analysis between project requirements and the existing ERP finance module.
• Collaborate closely with the software development team to ensure designs align with requirements.
• Create Use Case diagrams, workflow diagrams, and ER diagrams as part of design activities.
• Prepare screen and report mockup designs.
• Validate alignment between the developed application and the approved design.
• Execute application configuration and implementation activities (definitions, configurations, etc.).
• Manage new and evolving requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

We are looking for an "ERP Finance Applications Specialist". If you have a penchant for enterprise resource planning processes for a better world, join us. This role is primarily hybrid, and we expect candidates to be based in Ankara.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering within ERP projects, specifically in Finance
• Strong knowledge of UML or SysML, and experience with BPM modeling
• Proficiency in creating Use Case diagrams, process workflows, and ER (block) diagrams
• Experience in designing screen and report mockups for finance and accounting processes
• Ability to conduct GAP analysis between ERP finance product capabilities and existing finance/accounting systems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and development processes
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience with PL/SQL
• Experience in data analysis, classification, visualization, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as IBM Rational Designer, Enterprise Architect, Eclipse Modeling Designer, Camunda, Draw.io, or similar
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and systems engineering
• Experience with requirement and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of web and mobile applications
• Experience in analyzing and supporting system integrations
• Knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Tax, Finance, Accounting
• No travel restrictions
