Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Engineering Manager - Security Standards and Hardening based in Turkey. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for implementing rigorous security practices across OS, cloud, and edge environments, with emphasis on open-source ecosystems.

This leadership role combines people management with hands-on security modernization, contributing to compliance with FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FIPS or Common Criteria certified products and security standards.
• Hands-on with DISA STIG or CIS benchmarks and audit tooling.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a security-focused engineering team in Turkey.
• Advance security standards across OS, cloud, edge, and modern platforms.
• Drive compliant secure deployments with FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, Cyber Resilience Act.
• Collaborate with partners and open-source community to raise security practices.
• Plan milestones and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
