Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Engineering Associate Trainee to join the Engineering team in Karacabey, Turkey. This 10-month temporary contract focuses on supporting maintenance, electrical and mechanical utilities, and compliance reporting.

Ideal candidates are graduates with an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronical), up to 2 years of experience, and strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronical Engineering or related field.
• Newly graduated or up to 2 years of related work experience (Technical, Maintenance, Automation).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure and utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.
• Assist preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems per Nestlé standards.
• Prepare and maintain regular maintenance, utilities performance, and compliance reports.
• Provide assistance to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Support internal audits by preparing technical documentation and following action plans.
