Job summary

Nestlé in Istanbul is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in the Marketing - Beverages team. The role focuses on supporting the development and execution of brand plans, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of marketing experience, excellent English, and strong project management skills. The position is full-time with a permanent contract and offers global exposure and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing/business is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong project and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent command of English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing - Beverages team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As an Assistant Brand Manager you will have the following responsibilities;

• Assist in managing the implementation and development of functionally aligned brand plans, ensuring responsibility for brand performance, health, and strategic alignment
• Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities to inform decision-making
• Support project management for innovations and renovations, collaborating with Research & Development (R$) , packaging, production, and supply chain teams
• Track and report on marketing investments to ensure effective resource allocation and budget management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain close communication with regional and global teams and agencies to drive brand initiatives

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in the marketing
