Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team at Karacabey. This temporary 10-month role focuses on supporting maintenance, utilities and site compliance to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The candidate should have an engineering degree, up to 2 years' experience, and strong English; MS Office skills and teamwork are essential for daily tasks and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronical Engineering.
• Newly graduated or up to 2 years of work experience in related operations.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, planning, organization and teamwork.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and multitask across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.
• Support the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems in line with Nestlé standards and site requirements.
• Support the preparing and maintaining regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements according to Nestlé standards.
• Provide assistance support to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Support factory internal audits by preparing required technical documentation, following action plans and contributing to compliance improvements.

We are currently looking for an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team.

Type of contract: Temporary (10 Months)

As a Engineering Associate Trainee, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments
