Job summary

Turkish Technic, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, is expanding its engineering team at Istanbul facilities to support an independent engine MRO center for Rolls-Royce Trent engines. We seek Shop (Manufacturing) Engineers, Overhaul/Repair Engineers and Test Cell Engineers to play active roles in engine maintenance and overhaul processes.

You will provide technical support through disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and testing, and help develop repair processes, tooling and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Materials Engineering.
• At least 3 years in Engine MRO industry.
• At least 2 years in engine shop, test cell or power plant operations (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of high-bypass gas turbine/turbofan engines.
• Familiarity with FAA & EASA Part 145 and Nadcap standards.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support throughout engine overhaul, including disassembly and testing.
• Develop and optimize repair processes, tooling, and work instructions for engine components.
• Support quality, regulatory, and compliance activities per standards.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling and resource management to meet turnaround targets.
• Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to ensure reliability and safety.
