Job summary

S&P Global Energy in Istanbul seeks a Customer Success professional to manage a Türkiye-CIS portfolio, drive adoption, and ensure long-term value for energy and commodities customers. You will onboard clients, deliver remote and in-person trainings tailored to workflows, build trusted relationships, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to smooth the customer journey.

Fluent Turkish, Russian, and English, willingness to travel regionally, and a 3+ year track record in customer-facing

Qualifications

• Turkish national with work authorization to Istanbul.
• 3+ years in Customer Success/Account Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and deliver remote and in-person training programs tailored to customer workflows and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with users and key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving measurable business value from S&P Global solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and advocate for the customer.
