Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to join the EMEA team in Dubai. The role focuses on onboarding, training, adoption and value realization for our energy and commodities solutions.

You will engage with customers, build relationships with key stakeholders, monitor usage data, and collaborate across functions to deliver an elevated experience. Travel to meet clients is required and language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and English is required, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Fluency in any other European languages is a plus.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce or similar tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and maximize value.
• Onboard customers and conduct remote and in-person training tailored to their workflows.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Monitor customer data to identify opportunities for further engagement and value creation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate across functions to create a seamless elevated customer experience.
• Proactively address customer challenges and needs before escalation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to enrich engagements.
• Accurately capturing customer engagement activities in Gainsight.
• Travel to meet clients as required.
