Job summary

HID Global is seeking an End User Business Development Manager in Istanbul or Ankara to drive new opportunities across Commercial, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments. The role focuses on managing named end-user accounts, closing deals, and expanding HID solutions through a robust account strategy.

Travel is a major part of the role (about 60%), with responsibilities including training consultants, market analysis, and representing HID at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of key account management experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new opportunities across major verticals (Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector).
• Manage and develop assigned named end-user accounts within the region.
• Close opportunities to achieve targets and drive revenue.
• Develop and execute account strategies and plans.
• Introduce latest HID products and solutions to opportunities.
• Maintain end-user and consultant details in CRM and provide accurate forecasts.
