Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing key accounts.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Read and interpret technical journals, specifications and standards.
• English and Turkish language proficiency.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions or SaaS licensing desirable.

Aufgaben

• Field-based role with 60% travel to client sites.
• Train consultants and specifiers in the region as needed.
• Conduct regular market analysis to determine customer needs.
• Represent HID at trade shows, customer events and association meetings.
• Collaborate across HID divisions to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HID products and competitive offerings.
• Forecast accurately using CRM tools and processes.
