Job summary

Conduent in Bursa is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage depot logistics and onsite user support for a global enterprise. You will handle hardware deployment, asset tracking, and IT issue resolution for senior staff, using Intune for deployments as needed.

The role requires hands-on logistics, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to collaborate with European/global IT teams. Regular office hours, onsite in Osmangazi, with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Ability to lift and move pallets and equipment.
Experience with pallet jacks and scanning devices.
Proficiency with Word, Excel and other tracking systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and user support experience.
Working knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and basic networking.
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and software deployment tools.
Understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory basics.

Responsibilities

Depot & Logistics: daily receiving and inventory of inbound IT equipment.
Prep, configure, and ship end-user hardware requests (desktops, monitors, peripherals).
Use pallet jacks to load/move equipment and maintain a clean staging area.
Ensure equipment is stored accurately and labeled in storage systems.
Use scanning tools and inventory systems to track inbound/outbound items.
Maintain asset records and support IT audits related to equipment handling.
Sanitize and stage returned equipment.
