Job summary

D-ploy is seeking an experienced IT/OT support professional to join our global team in Turkey. The role requires hands-on onsite support for thin clients, IPCs, lab equipment, and OT networks, with a focus on reliability and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated environments and strong experience with PLC/SCADA, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing. On-call rotation and a collaborative, international environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment.
• Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams.
• Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks).
• Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments.
• Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based).
• Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures.
• Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
