Job summary

HID Global, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks an End User Business Development Manager in Turkey (Istanbul or Ankara). You will build a robust pipeline across Commercial, Enterprise and Public Sector, manage key accounts, and drive solutions to closure while aligning with HID’s product strategy.

The role requires 5+ years of account management experience, strong English/Turkish communication, and CRM proficiency. 60% travel involved; field-based with regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing key accounts.
• Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new opportunities across major verticals including Commercial, Enterprise & Public Sector.
• Manage and develop assigned named end user accounts within the region.
• Close opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies, introduce latest products and solutions.
