Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment, Depot, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong supplier and performance management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience driving operational excellence and cost control.
• Driving license.
• Fluent Turkish and Fluent English communication skills; Russian and Arabic will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EMR operations and depot performance.
• Manage suppliers against KPIs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with EMR policies and SOPs.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
