Job summary

Ingram Micro seeks a Sr Technical Enablement Engineer to empower partners selling HPE solutions in Turkey. You will deliver pre-sales enablement, training, and strategic guidance to help partners grow their business and deepen relationships with end customers.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and partner teams, develop best-practice enablement content, and stay current with market trends to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years functional experience including at least 3 years in a relevant role.
• Experience in enablement, consulting, or advisory services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales consultation and enablement for partners on HPE solutions.
• Train partners to become proactive, services-driven trusted advisors.
• Offer strategic guidance to decision-makers to accelerate partner growth through Ingram Micro.
