Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a Powership Investment Electrical Director for a client in the energy sector. You will lead the electrical design and investment processes for Powership projects, defining specifications and guiding the lifecycle from design to handover.

The candidate should have 15+ years in energy/electric projects, HV expertise, EPC experience, and strong leadership with English proficiency. Travel and relocation to Yalova are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in electrical projects within energy/oil & gas industries.
• HV systems design/installation/commissioning & field execution experience.
• EPC project experience with subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Willingness/ability to relocate to Yalova or work there.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and management of a large-scale electrical engineering organization for Powership projects.
• Oversee electrical design, technical specifications, and design requirements.
• Manage lifecycle from design phase to handover to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with project/execution/field teams to ensure scope, schedule, and quality.
• Manage procurement and subcontracting processes for electrical/system components.
• Ensure project alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and build the Electrical Investments team.
