Job summary

As a Customer Success Associate Manager, you will manage client relationships and drive adoption of PiWheel’s tools and services to achieve ecommerce objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce, digital commerce, marketing, analytics, or account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and partnerships.
• Translate data into actionable ecommerce recommendations.
• Build relationships with ecommerce, marketing, media, and commercial teams.
• Drive adoption of PiWheel tools and services.
• Analyze performance data to surface trends and make business recommendations.
• Prepare decks with Excel/PowerPoint and align reporting with client objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and digital channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Media, Content, and Strategy teams.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new tools and services.
