Job summary

Pearmill is seeking a Growth Manager who will report to the Head of Performance and work closely with clients and leadership. You’ll drive overall account strategy, manage relationships, and own outcomes across paid-search and paid-social channels.

The role offers autonomy and the chance to shape processes, templates, and workflows while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve sustained performance for diverse accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct account management experience in advertising.
• Excited about creating processes, spreadsheets, and templates.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with attention to detail (Oxford comma).
• Built with AI and workflow automation tools to streamline tasks.
• Analytical and comfortable using data/analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4).
• Experience managing budgets in paid search and paid social advertising.
