Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Systems Design Engineer & EcoFit Coordinator to support EcoFit opportunities from identification through project delivery and reporting.

You will balance engineering design with cross-functional coordination across Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Service Operations, and Global EcoFit stakeholders to drive successful execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering or related roles.
• Experience in EcoFit, modernization projects, or service projects is desirable.
• Understanding of project lifecycle management, tendering, and execution processes.
• Experience in customer-facing and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support conceptual and detailed mechanical system designs for EcoFit and modernization projects.
• Provide engineering expertise for Ecofit solutions and support equipment selection and technical studies.
• Support tendering, proposal development, execution, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance phases.
• Coordinate EcoFit initiatives across Sales, Tendering, PM, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain EcoFit performance reports and dashboards.
• Track KPIs: pipeline, conversion rate, order intake, and customer satisfaction.
