Job summary

Schneider Electric Turkey is seeking a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer & EcoFit Coordinator to support EcoFit opportunities from identification through project delivery. You will bridge internal teams and customers, ensuring alignment across Sales, Tendering, Project Management, and Operations to enable successful modernization projects.

The role requires designing mechanical solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of EcoFit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, project engineering, service operations, or related technical roles.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support mechanical system designs related to EcoFit and modernization projects.
• Coordinate EcoFit initiatives between Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
• Support Tendering teams in developing technical and commercial EcoFit proposals.
• Manage and coordinate Intra Group quotation and order management processes.
