FTG Development is seeking a Document Controller to join the project team of a luxury mixed-use hotel and residences development in Türkiye.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the project’s document control system: managing the flow, revision control and approval of all drawings, submittals and correspondence between the design team, consultants and contractors and all other stakeholders related to the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of document control experience in construction or real estate.
• Experience on large-scale hospitality, residential or mixed-use projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain the project's document control system, including numbering, coding and filing structures.
• Manage the flow of drawings, submittals, transmittals and correspondence between the design team, consultants and contractors.
• Maintain revision control so that only current documents are in use in the office and on site.
• Track review and approval cycles; follow up on overdue submittals and responses.
• Keep complete physical and electronic archives with a full audit trail.
• Prepare regular document status reports for the project team.
• Support internal and external audits and train project staff on document control procedures.

Required Skills

• Experience with electronic document management systems.
• Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to handle high document volumes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 document control requirements.
• Experience working with international design consultants.
