Job summary

Mavi is seeking an AI-First Strategy Development Manager to lead the company’s AI portfolio and governance. You will own the AI transformation roadmap, collaborate with AI process engineering and business leaders, and ensure value delivery across design to retail.

You will report to the Data Analytics director & AI Group Leader and work with IT, Legal and Finance on governance, investment decisions and adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in strategy consulting or transformation leadership.
• Proven record leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience in process design and operating models.
• Hands-on daily use of generative AI tools.
• Strong business sense with connect to P&L outcomes.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own AI transformation roadmap and company-wide AI project portfolio.
• Lead AI Working Group: set agenda, drive decisions, ensure delivery.
• Build and maintain a single view of AI tools and initiatives.
• Identify common use cases and design enterprise-wide solutions.
• Define business problems, success criteria and handover scope.
• Prepare business cases and investment proposals with measurable benefits.
• Track realization post go-live with KPIs and reporting.
• Present to C-suite and AI Committee.
