Genesys is seeking an AI and Experience Orchestration Director to drive the native AI and Experience Orchestration portfolio. The role focuses on engaging senior stakeholders, shaping AI use cases, and guiding opportunities across internal and client teams.

You will lead programs, prepare materials, and partner with marketing, product, and services. The position emphasizes collaboration and strategic growth in AI-powered customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in AI, pre sales, and customer experience technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience engaging with senior/C-level stakeholders and guiding deal strategy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced expertise in AI and lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Engage senior and C-level leaders and orchestrate opportunities across teams.
• Influence deal strategy and support territory planning, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
• Drive field execution of programs across the Genesys AI portfolio and enablement initiatives.
• Lead customer workshops shaping AI use cases and pilot opportunities.
• Capture customer insights and coordinate with marketing, product, and services.
