Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the PercyIQ AI feature team and own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered discovery and conversational experiences for health content.

You will drive RAG orchestration, guardrails, and production reliability in a regulated healthcare context. You will partner with Product, UX, Legal, and clinical stakeholders to ensure accurate, safe, and trusted AI experiences, while managing sprint delivery, on-call duties, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience plus 3+ years in management or tech lead roles.
• Hands-on experience with production systems using LLMs/generative AI (RAG pipelines, prompt/guardrail design).
• Experience with conversational AI and integration with human escalation channels.
• Comfort in regulated healthcare environments and collaboration with Legal/Security on AI risk and privacy.
• Experience with event-driven data pipelines supporting analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead PercyIQ AI/RAG-powered search and discovery across Web, iOS, Android.
• Oversee go-live readiness, testing, pilot release monitoring, and production alerting for AI features.
• Build analytics infrastructure to measure AI feature usage for product and business.
• Implement AI guardrails and evaluators to ensure clinically appropriate, safe content.
• Oversee PHI/PII protection efforts in partnership with Legal and Security.
• Drive translation and localization for multilingual member support.
