Job summary

Genesys in Turkey is seeking a Solution Consultant to listen to customers, understand their needs, and craft tailored AI-powered experience strategies that connect CRM, BPM, AI and cloud components.

You will lead workshops, design solutions, and present use cases to executives, while staying current on Genesys products, collaborating with teams, and supporting the pre-sales process across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Experience presenting to executives or C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Discover: You will present our vision and run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities, define the projected benefits and present the outcomes to all stakeholders.

Design: You will create and present solutions, tailored to individual and vertical specific requirements to innovate the customers current or future ecosystem including CRM, BPM, AI or Cloud hyperscalers.

Learn: You will stay up to date on Genesys products and industry best practices that will allow you to continue to help our customers innovate and strengthen your role as trusted advisor.

You will showcase your technical expertise and creative talents by developing and presenting dynamic use-cases to the C-Level executives and key influencers. You will have a unique opportunity to understand our customers' strategies and help them drive their business using our unique solutions. You will have flexibility and independence in designing and structuring your work. You will have the internal resources you can call on to help you understand and solve technical challenges. You will have the ability to work closely with other brilliant individuals to collaboratively solve complex technical problems. You will be on the forefront of technology, presenting innovative solutions to crucial business challenges. You will be an integral part of the pre-sales process, leading the strategical and technical selection journey of our customers.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for technology and helping people solve problems
• Interpersonal communication, polished verbal and written communication both in Turkish and English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and structure while working with multiple stakeholders
• Have the technological know-how of IT-concepts, software-standards as well as database and networking technologies
• A passion for speaking and presenting in front of large diverse audiences
• Ability to travel occasionally
