You will explore trends, pilot new platforms, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver scalable value while supporting hybrid or location-flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial/Management Engineering, MIS
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital projects, business technology, or commercial process improvement
• Strong interest in commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer journey) and how technology can drive transformation
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to bridge business needs with tech capabilities
• Proactive team player who enjoys learning, experimenting, and collaborating across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify friction points in current processes and co-develop smart, scalable solutions.
• Act as a digital innovation partner to business units, translating their needs into simple, effective tech-based tools or workflows.
• Monitor technology trends and assess how they can be applied to improve revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and operational agility.
• Pilot new tools and platforms, gather user feedback, and continuously refine solutions for maximum business impact.
