Job summary

Eczacıbaşı Group seeks a Digital Tech Specialist to fuel its commercial transformation through smart, tech-driven solutions. You will explore trends, pilot new platforms, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver scalable value while supporting hybrid or location-flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial/Management Engineering, MIS
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital projects, business technology, or commercial process improvement
• Strong interest in commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer journey) and how technology can drive transformation
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to bridge business needs with tech capabilities
• Proactive team player who enjoys learning, experimenting, and collaborating across disciplines

Responsibilities
