Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Digital Solution Manager to support the digital strategy globally and locally, oversee E-Business platforms (Webshop, EDI, Portals) and connect with OneERP. You will act as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, driving e-business selling and process automation, while providing basic IT support.

Role combines E-Business management (80%) with Office IT support (20%), focusing on data quality, platform performance, AI initiatives, and global Q2C projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Proficient Business English in both oral and written.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and BI tools.
• Analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Webshop and OneCPQ, and integrate with OneERP.
• Analyze customer groups for E-business opportunities and onboarding.
• Define integration requirements for tools across the Q2C process.
• Ensure master data quality and perform routine maintenance.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and vice versa.
• Report system performance and manage incidents.

Your Future Role

As a Digital Solution Manager in the Business Unit, supports the Digital strategy implementation globally and in the country, adopts of our E-Business platforms (Webshop, EDI, Portals, etc) and integration with OneERP, acts as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, drives E-business selling and process & tool automation, and provides basic office hands-on IT support.

E-Business Manager (80%)

• Drive the adoption of Webshop, OneCPQ (Configure/Pricing/Quotation) and all other related topics relevant to E-Business platforms
• Support CRM to analyze the customer groups with potential for E-business selling and drive customer onboarding and usage of E-Business platforms and other digital ordering channels (eg. Mail-to-EDI)
• Define and validate new Tools integration requirements like OneCPQ, OneERP, through whole Q2C process (inquiry to offer, order-to-cash, pricing, delivery, inventory, invoicing, etc)
• Verify the Master Data quality and run routine maintenance if necessary
• Support on implementation of Company AI strategy and identify the AI use cases
• Drive Q2C process and tool optimization projects as core contributor in global team
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa
• Report platforms performance, troubleshooting system problems, raise change requests or incidents in system

Office Support (20%)

• Provide first-line troubleshooting for office computers, network, printers, and common software issues
• Coordinate company internal or external IT for escalated infrastructure and security matters
• Support new hires setup with IT infrastructure (accounts, devices, access, etc)

Your Profile

Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Business, International Business and Trade, or a comparable discipline
• Good business understanding of digital sales funnels and customer journeys in multinational B2B or industrial company, experience in industrial E-commerce or Project management would be a plus
• Proficient Business English in both oral and written is a must
• Strong knowledge in ERP, CRM systems, MS Office tools, BI tools; AI knowledge or application would be a plus
• Analytical thinking, multi-tasks player, open mind and resilient under pressure
• Excellent skills on communication and collaboration, strong influence power to motivate others
• Be curious and have passion for learning, not sufficient in just finishing tasks, but also would like to deep dive in details to find why and how to improve
• Result and problem-solving orientation
• As a virtual team member within HQ functional team, self-disciplined and self-motivated
