Job summary

ING Türkiye is seeking a Digital Asset Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure digital asset technology capabilities. You will work on security-critical components such as wallet infrastructure, key management, cryptographic controls, custody models, smart contract security, and tokenization platforms.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with digital asset engineers, blockchain engineers, architects, cyber security, risk & compliance, legal, product owners, and global technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure ING’s digital asset technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital asset engineers, security, risk, compliance, product owners, and global technology squads.
• Ensure security-by-design, resilience, and compliance for production-ready platforms in a regulated banking environment.
