ING Hubs Türkiye seeks an On-Chain Compliance Engineer to design and operate tech controls monitoring digital asset risks. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, financial crime compliance, and regulatory technology, building scalable, explainable solutions for ING's on-chain activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with regulatory understanding, collaboration across global teams, and a hybrid work model with office presence in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, Finance Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience acceptable in lieu of formal degree.
• Preferred blockchain, digital assets, AML, sanctions, or financial crime certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate tech capabilities to monitor and control digital asset compliance risks.
• Develop scalable, auditable controls for on-chain activity and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate across teams on data models, APIs, and detection workflows.
