Job summary

ING Türkiye is seeking a Digital Asset Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure digital asset technology capabilities. You will work on security-critical components such as wallet infrastructure, key management, cryptographic controls, custody models, smart contract security, and tokenization platforms.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with digital asset engineers, blockchain engineers, architects, cyber security, risk & compliance, legal, product owners, and global technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above)

Job description

As a Digital Asset Security Engineer , you will help design, implement, and secure ING’s digital asset technology capabilities. You will work on security-critical components such as wallet infrastructure, key management, cryptographic controls, custody models, smart contract security, transaction authorization, secure signing, tokenization platforms, and blockchain integrations.

This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who understands both cyber security and digital asset technology . You will collaborate with digital asset engineers, blockchain engineers, architects, cyber security teams, risk, compliance, legal, product owners, and global technology squads.

Your mission is to make sure ING’s digital asset platforms are secure by design, resilient by default, auditable, compliant, and ready for production in a regulated banking environment .
