Gülermak Heavy Industries Construction Contracting Co inc in Ankara, Türkiye, is seeking a Deputy Tender (Proposal) Manager to lead bid preparation for railway and metro projects from our Head Office. The role demands thorough coordination of tender documents, cost and price calculations, and oversight of all tender stages.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 7–10 years in tendering, strong MS Excel and AutoCAD skills, fluent English, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7-10 years in Tender Preparation, especially railway & metro projects.
• Review of all Tender Documents and Coordination with a Tender Team.
• Writing and editing on all Tender Submittals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for advanced-level MS Excel and AutoCAD skills.
• Leading and monitoring all parts of the Tender Stages.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• No restrictions on travel and the ability to stay abroad when necessary.
• A team player who demonstrates both leadership and supportive qualities
• To have a high sense of responsibility
• Dynamic personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting completed bids,
• Responsible for cost and price calculations,
• Preparing technical & financial proposals,
• Coordination of external and internal meetings,
• Attending clarification meetings with clients when required,
• Preparation of Tender Presentation to the Management,
• Identifying risks & opportunities of the Tender Projects,
• Ensuring that tenders meet company commercial guidelines.
