Job summary

MARC Corporate Solutions is seeking a Bid & Sales Support Engineer to join our team in railway signalling and telecom projects. You will lead the preparation of competitive proposals and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Management to align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities include analysing customer needs, developing compliant technical solutions, supporting tender activities, and driving pricing strategies with win themes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bidding or project environments.
• Experience in railway signalling, telecom systems, or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop compliant technical solutions.
• Support tender activities, bid reviews and submission processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Management for quality deliverables.
• Define bid strategies, pricing, and win themes.
• Coordinate technical communication with customers during tenders.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and project data for decision-making.
• Identify risks and local sourcing alternatives to improve competitiveness.
• Assist in presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with QCD/KPI objectives.
• Support continuous improvement and business development.
