Nobel Biocare is recruiting for a Business Development Representative in Istanbul, Turkey. The role focuses on identifying prospects, generating leads, and nurturing strategic relationships to drive revenue growth.

The BDR collaborates with the Sales team to convert leads into clients, conducts market research, and develops the pipeline. Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
Proven Sales and business development experience in dental, medical devices, or healthcare.
Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver’s license and travel willingness within territory.

Responsibilities

Execute individual business development plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
Monitor market trends to inform strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, laboratories, and key decision-makers.
Promote and sell the full product portfolio, including training programs.
Prepare and deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
Provide technical, informational, and promotional support to customers with internal teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams on sales initiatives.
Continuously improve product knowledge and personal skills through training.
