Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Ankara, Turkey, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth. The role focuses on identifying prospects, generating leads, and building strategic relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and labs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives, deliver presentations, and promote the full product portfolio, including training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Proven sales and business development experience in dental/medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and travel within territory.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and activities to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, laboratories, and key decision-makers.
• Actively promote and sell the full product portfolio, including company training programs.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and hands-on demonstrations to educate customers and showcase solutions.
• Provide technical, informational, and promotional support to customers in collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives and drive growth.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and personal skills through regular training and assessments.
