Job summary

Eren Retail is seeking a Planning Specialist to lead pre-season planning for our brand and category portfolio within a growing retail operation in Türkiye. You will influence budgeting, stock planning, and buying decisions across multiple brands and regions.

The role requires an industrial engineering or business background, at least four years in retail planning, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. English proficiency and travel flexibility are essential as you collaborate with teams globally.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related university departments.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail planning with direct ownership of pre-season budgeting and order-writing processes.
• Able to conduct business in English (written and verbal).
• Advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into commercial insight; result-oriented.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills; able to work with teams across locations.
• No restrictions on travel.

Responsibilities

• Build seasonal sales and purchasing budgets at brand–category level across a multi-brand product portfolio.
• Monitor and revise budgets in-season.
• Develop stock option plan and define store stock and option mix.
• Select collection and write orders aligned with budget and trends.
• Own pre-season product selection and buying decisions; negotiate orders and terms with key account managers.
• Structure pricing, markdown and campaigns; analyze impact on sales, stock and profitability.
• Prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock and profitability analyses; lead weekly trading meetings.
• Coordinate with allocation teams and steer allocation, transfer and replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with country and regional managers on market developments.
