Job summary

Doğuş Otomotiv in İzmit is seeking a strategic, data-driven professional to advance its dealer network and automotive channel initiatives. You will lead network development projects, oversee showroom and service investments, and drive cross-functional collaboration with OEM brands.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with excellent stakeholder management, fluent English, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering; Master’s degree (M.Sc./MBA) strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in channel management, retail network development, or automotive industry projects.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and manage end-to-end projects.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and market conditions.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and ability to leverage AI-powered tools for data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• No travel restrictions and valid Class B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive network strategies; conduct data-driven network analyses to optimize coverage and dealer performance.
• Lead dealership facility projects including showroom/service investments and brand concept implementations.
• Act as liaison between OEM brands and stakeholders regarding importer agreements and dealer contracts.
• Oversee dealer appointments, relocations, ownership transitions, and succession grounded in business analysis.
• Drive strategic projects to elevate dealer network performance and customer experience.
• Ensure dealer network operations adhere to OEM standards and governance.
• Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and business cases for leadership decisions.
