Job summary

Odensoft, a boutique consultancy, seeks a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant to lead large-scale data transformation projects for market-leading enterprises across industries. You will design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, build data warehouses, and mentor teammates while shaping the technical direction of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must; PL/SQL is a plus.
• Strong experience with data integration tools; Informatica PowerCenter knowledge is preferred.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, modeling, and integration processes.
• Proven experience in dimensional and relational data modeling for enterprise data warehouses.
• Excellent data management skills, including database optimization and data governance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes using enterprise integration tools.
• Contribute to the design and development of enterprise data warehouse (DWH) solutions, from data modeling to end-to-end data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all systems.
• Establish data management best practices and standards across projects.
• Manage and optimize databases and data storage solutions.
