Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience in data analysis, modeling, and algorithm development using Python.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server, with ability to write complex queries and handle large datasets.
• Experience in data preparation, feature engineering, analytical modeling, model validation, and performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge in statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical problems and evaluate solution approaches.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of at least two projects from data prep to deployment.
• Ability to evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics within business constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across functions, especially product planning, allocation, and e-commerce, and develop analytics solutions.
• Prepare, analyze, and transform large datasets for modeling using Python and T-SQL.
• Design and develop models with statistical, ML, optimization, and rule-based approaches.
• Develop optimization models and decision-support systems for allocation and planning.
• Build analytics for forecasting, segmentation, classification, and recommendations.
• Evaluate model performance and ensure applicability under real-world conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into processes.
• Monitor deployed models and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging analytics methodologies and technologies.
