Kopilot is seeking a Data Analyst to build a clear, reliable data and analytics foundation across the company. You will design analytics to help teams make data-driven decisions and turn recurring analyses into scalable data assets that support growth.

You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and growth, translating data into insights and dashboards to guide business decisions in a fast-growing EdTech startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or CRM-related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience analyzing sales, marketing, or product data.
• Clear communicator who can translate data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn recurring analyses and reports into reliable, reusable data assets.
• Design and maintain analytics frameworks supporting key business areas and lifecycle.
• Build and optimize core business metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve visibility into performance and identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Align teams on shared definitions, metrics, and views of performance.
• Contribute to improving data quality, documentation, and reporting standards.
