Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC is seeking a customer-facing Sales Engineer in Istanbul to lead technical engagement with enterprise customers in cybersecurity. You will translate complex security requirements into practical solutions, deliver demos and workshops, and collaborate with sales teams and partners to drive adoption beyond the initial sale. This is a customer-facing pre-sales role requiring strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in technical pre-sales, solutions or sales engineering.
• Solid background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
• Able to understand customer requirements and communicate technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their security challenges and environments.
• Design and position cybersecurity solutions around customer requirements.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, workshops and proof-of-concept activity.
• Translate complex security concepts into clear conversations for technical and senior stakeholders.
• Support sales with technical strategy, storytelling and customer engagement.
• Enable channel partners through training and solution positioning.
• Keep teams updated on emerging technologies and security capabilities.
• Collaborate across cloud, security operations and modern architectures to identify the right approach.
