Best Service Team (BST) uzaktan çalışma odaklı bir müşteri destek uzmanı arıyor. Türkçe konuşan müşterilerle iletişim kuracak, sorunları hızlı ve etkili çözümleyecek bir ekip üyesi arıyoruz.

Uluslararası bir ekip içinde çalışacak ve CRM ile iletişim yönetimi konularında yetkinlik beklenmektedir. Esnek çalışma saatleri ve sanal ekip etkinlikleri olanakları sunulur.

Qualificações

• Türkçe ve İngilizce akıcı yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerisi gerekir.
• Müşteri desteği veya ilgili alanda önceki deneyim tercih edilir.
• Güçlü iletişim becerileri ile bilgiyi net aktarımını gerektirir.
• Bilgisayar uygulamaları ve müşteri hizmetleri yazılımları konusunda yeterlilik gerekir.
• Hızlı tempolu ortamda çalışabilme ve çoklu görevi aynı anda yürütebilme.
• Çalışkan, müşteri odaklı ve sorun çözücü bir yaklaşım beklenir.
• Gerekirse hafta sonları/ tatil günlerinde esnek çalışma durumu mevcut olabilir.

Responsabilidades

• Türkçe konuşan müşteriler için telefon, e-posta ve sohbet aracılığıyla ilk temas noktası olma.
• Müşteri sorgularına zamanında doğru bilgi ve çözümler sağlama.
• Müşteri sorunlarını dinlemek ve empati göstermek.
• CRM sisteminde müşteri etkileşimlerini ve geri bildirimi kaydetme.
• Çözüm odaklı ekiplerle ve diğer departmanlarla iş birliği yapma.
• Ürün bilgisi ve müşteri hizmetleri becerilerini geliştirmek amacıyla eğitimlere katılma.
• Gerekli durumlarda müşteri şikayetlerini profesyonel bir tutumla ele alma.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
