Job summary

Beymen Group, a leader in Turkey's luxury fashion scene, seeks a seasoned Sourcing Manager to develop and execute strategic sourcing across apparel categories. You will manage a global supplier portfolio, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with Design, Product, Merchandising, and Quality teams to ensure best-in-class products.

The role requires strong English, extensive supplier development experience, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, textile, retail, or e-commerce sectors preferred.
• Proven experience managing domestic and international suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the assigned category.
• Prepare and monitor sourcing plans aligned with seasonal requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers domestically and internationally.
• Research new suppliers and alternate production sources.
• Manage supplier portfolio based on quality, cost, capacity, lead time, and performance.
• Conduct product- and category-based cost analyses and lead cost optimization initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, and other terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in sampling, prototyping, and product development.
• Monitor development to meet target cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement actions.
• Analyze supply chain risks and develop alternative sourcing options.
• Monitor trends in menswear, textiles, manufacturing, and global sourcing.
