Sensient Technologies Corporation in Gebze is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Department. You will coordinate the order-to-delivery process, communicate with customers by email, and collaborate with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–3 years of experience, fluent Turkish and English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer communication throughout the order-to-delivery process via email; provide shipment updates.
• Organize shipments by coordinating internal units and departments (Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, Finance).
• Enter export and import product orders.
• Ensure proforma invoices are approved and customer master data is up to date.
• Provide export documents on time; ensure orders stay within credit limits and coordinate logistics.
• Coordinate planning with sales and production units.
