Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation in Gebze is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the order-to-delivery process, coordinate shipments, and handle export documentation for the food and beverage industries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of related experience, and fluency in Turkish and English, with strong MS Office skills. Onsite work five days a week with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related departments.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and good time management, open to learn.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communication throughout the order-to-delivery process by receiving orders via email, notifying relevant departments, monitoring production and delivery, and providing timely shipment updates to customers.
• Organize shipments by coordinating internal units and providing customer requirements to all relevant departments like Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance.
• Enter the export and imported product orders.
• Ensure proforma invoice is approved by the customer, and keep customer master data up to date.
• All necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame and also coordinate logistics.
• Ensure that the planning function is carried out effectively with the sales and production units.
