Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. in Turkey seeks a seasoned data professional to analyze business unit data requirements, build conceptual and logical data models, and support DWH modernization initiatives.

• Solid knowledge of document management, end of day processes or core banking applications
• Strong understanding of banking products

• Comfortable using Jira and Confluence in delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze business unit data requirements and build conceptual and logical data models
• Perform data analysis to validate source data and ensure model accuracy
• Support ongoing DWH modernization and architecture transformation projects
• Conduct source system analysis and document data mappings and transformation logic
• Develop and maintain data modeling standards, data dictionaries, and business glossaries

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking sector
• Solid knowledge of document management, end of day processes or core banking applications
• Strong understanding of banking products
