Job summary

Intertech is seeking skilled professionals to contribute to document management and end-of-day projects within the banking and IT architecture domain. The role requires solid experience in banking applications, data modeling, and strong stakeholder communication.

Work will involve data modeling, quality checks, and collaboration with multiple business units across Intertech's hubs in Turkey. Eligible candidates from Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, or Bursa will be considered for on-site roles with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of banking sector experience.
• Solid knowledge of document management, end of day processes or core banking applications.
• Strong understanding of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business unit data requirements and build conceptual and logical data models.
• Perform data analysis to validate source data and ensure model accuracy.
• Support ongoing DWH modernization and architecture transformation projects.
• Conduct source system analysis and document data mappings and transformation logic.
• Develop and maintain data modeling standards, data dictionaries, and business glossaries.
• Design and monitor data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for model validation and sign-off.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking sector
• Solid knowledge of document management, end of day processes or core banking applications
• Strong understanding of banking products
• Experience in document management, end of day or core banking applications
• Comfortable using Jira and Confluence in delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
