Pet Media Group is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own key stages of the customer lifecycle across email, push, in-app and SMS. You will design journeys, run experiments and automate workflows to improve engagement across multiple markets while scaling processes for new territories.

You will relentlessly measure results, leverage AI for research, copy and localisation, and partner with product, data, engineering and marketing to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, in-house preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo).
• Ability to design and measure email, push, in-app and SMS experiences.

• Own the customer lifecycle and design journeys across channels.
• Turn data into action by analyzing behavioural data and opportunities.
• Automate repetitive CRM processes with scalable workflows.
• Experiment with AI-powered personalisation and segmentation and operate at production scale.

• Collaborate with product, data, engineering and marketing to improve customer experience.
