Assistant App in Turkey seeks an architect to build a UGC creator farm and ambassador program for its Muslim App portfolio. You will design income models and recruit creators to sustain daily content flow.

This role centers on rapid growth, wide reach, and an authentic creator ecosystem. You will lead themed accounts, manage communities, run influencer collaborations, and deliver content through CapCut, Canva, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building large creator networks and producing high-volume authentic video content.
• Understanding of faith content, cultural sensitivity, and research to grasp target communities.
• Strong English communication for briefs and creator outreach.
• Experience with global creator markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage UGC creators through DMs, emails, and communities; build sourcing to delivery pipelines.
• Design creator income models to sustain ongoing content production without chase.
• Launch and grow themed camp accounts with viral potential.
• Set up and run community channels and campaigns to convert users into creators.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations across micro to macro tiers and source creator content.
• Produce baseline creatives using CapCut, Canva, and AI tools when needed.
• Report monthly on outputs, tests, and learnings.
