Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with end-to-end process experience.
• Strong commercial judgment; able to evaluate creator pricing and structure partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer collaborations end-to-end: scouting, deal structuring, negotiation and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and ensure professional communication.
• Own the social media roadmap and content strategy across apps; translate goals into channel plans and experiments.
• Create a pipeline of platform-native content ideas based on trends and performance data.
• Engage with communities via comments, DMs, and mentions; align organic and paid strategies.
• Analyze and report campaign results with a data-driven approach; use dashboards and tools for management.
• Support content production with basic editing as needed; leverage AI tools to move faster.
